1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Digital Invites website (digitalinvites.co.in) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Digital Invites provides custom digital invitation design services. We offer personalised digital invitation files in JPG, PDF, and Video formats for personal and corporate events including weddings, baby showers, housewarmings, anniversaries, birthdays, and corporate events.

All orders are handled manually. Invitations are personalised by our design team and delivered via WhatsApp or email within the agreed timeframe.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed through WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after full payment has been received. We accept UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) and bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS).

Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary. Final pricing is confirmed via WhatsApp before payment.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity and business hours (Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–8 PM IST).

Urgent orders can be requested and may attract an additional charge. Please discuss this on WhatsApp before ordering.

5. Intellectual Property

All invitation templates, designs, and creative assets on this website are the intellectual property of Digital Invites. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our designs without prior written consent.

Upon payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered invitation file for your specific event. Commercial resale or redistribution is not permitted.

6. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of all personalisation details (names, dates, venue, etc.) provided to us. We will design based on the information you supply. We are not liable for errors arising from incorrect information provided by you.

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.

7. Revisions

We offer reasonable revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery and must relate to the original personalisation brief. Major design changes beyond the original brief may be treated as a new order.

8. Limitation of Liability

Digital Invites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
