What is a digital invitation?
A digital invitation is a beautifully designed invite you share digitally — via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email — instead of printing and posting. It can be a static JPG image, a print-quality PDF, or a fully animated video.
How do I place an order?
Browse our templates, find one you love, and click 'Order on WhatsApp'. A pre-filled message with your template details will open in WhatsApp. Share your personalisation details (names, date, venue, etc.) and we'll take it from there.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 4–8 hours of confirmed payment. We guarantee delivery within 24 hours. Urgent same-day orders can be requested — just let us know on WhatsApp.
What formats are available?
We offer four formats: JPG (high-resolution static image), PDF (print-quality document), Video (full animated video with music), and Bundle (all three at a discount). Format availability and pricing varies by template — check the template page for details.
Can I customise the invitation with my own details?
Yes — every invitation is personalised with your names, event date, venue, and any other text fields the design supports. Just share your details when you order on WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all UPI methods — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and bank NEFT/IMPS. We require 50% advance payment before we begin work, and the remaining 50% before the final file is delivered.
Can I request revisions after I receive the invite?
Yes — every order includes 3 free revisions. Additional revisions beyond 3 are ₹100 each. If the revision is needed because of a mistake we made, it's always free.
How do I share the invitation with my guests?
Simply forward the file we send you on WhatsApp to your guest list. JPG and Video files share perfectly on WhatsApp, Instagram, and via email. The PDF can also be printed at a local print shop.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
Every template page includes a full YouTube video preview so you can see the exact design before ordering. We don't send personalised samples before payment.
Do you do bulk orders or wedding stationery sets?
Yes! We handle bulk orders for large guest lists and can create full stationery sets — save the date, main invitation, RSVP, and more. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your requirements.

Do you store my final invitation file after delivery?
No — we do not store or retain your files after delivery. Once your invitation is sent to you, please save it safely. We recommend keeping a copy on Google Drive or your phone. If you need a re-delivery, a fee may apply.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund if we are unable to complete your order, miss a confirmed deadline, or deliver a technically unusable file. No refund is issued after delivery for personalised orders. Advance payment is refunded in full if you cancel before we begin work.
