Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Digital Invites order. Our team works hard to deliver beautiful, personalised invitations that meet your expectations. If something is not right, we will do our best to fix it.
Revisions Policy
Every order includes 3 free revisions. If you need changes to the text, date, venue, or any other detail, simply message us on WhatsApp after receiving your preview and we will update it promptly.
Additional revisions beyond the 3 included are charged at ₹100 per revision. If the revision is required because of a mistake on our part, it is always free, no questions asked.
Payment Terms
We require a 50% advance payment before we begin work. The remaining 50% is due before the final file is delivered to you. Payment is accepted via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or bank transfer.
Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you cancel your order before we begin work, your advance payment will be refunded in full within 3–5 business days. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp to request a cancellation.
Once work has started, the advance is non-refundable. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason on our end, a full refund of all amounts paid is guaranteed.
No Refund After Delivery
Because digital invitations are custom-personalised products, we do not offer refunds after the final file has been delivered — except in the cases listed below.
We strongly recommend reviewing our template previews carefully before ordering. All templates include a full video preview on the website.
File Storage Policy
We do not store or retain your final files after delivery. Once your invitation has been sent to you, please save it safely — we cannot resend a previously delivered file. If you need the file again, a re-delivery fee may apply.
When a Full Refund is Guaranteed
A full refund of all amounts paid will be issued if:
- We are unable to complete your order for any reason on our end.
- We fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe and you no longer need the file.
- The delivered file is technically corrupt or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement within 24 hours.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method (UPI/bank transfer). We will confirm the refund via WhatsApp.
