Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Digital Invites order. Our team works hard to deliver beautiful, personalised invitations that meet your expectations. If something is not right, we will do our best to fix it.
Revisions Policy
We offer free revisions for all orders. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your invitation — the text, layout, colours, or personalisation — simply message us on WhatsApp and we will make the necessary changes promptly.
Revision requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. We do not limit the number of reasonable revision rounds.
Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you cancel your order before we begin design work, we will issue a full refund within 3–5 business days.
To cancel, contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email. Once design work has started, we are unable to offer a refund for cancellation.
No Refund After Delivery
Because digital invitations are custom-personalised products created specifically for your event, we do not offer refunds after delivery unless the issue is due to an error on our part (see below).
We strongly recommend reviewing our template previews carefully before ordering. All templates include a full video preview on the website.
Exceptions — Full Refund Guaranteed
A full refund will be issued if:
- We fail to deliver your order within the agreed timeframe (24 hours standard, or a specific deadline we confirmed on WhatsApp).
- The delivered file is technically corrupt or unusable and we are unable to provide a replacement within 24 hours.
- The invitation contains a significant error that was entirely our mistake (not based on incorrect information you provided) and we are unable to correct it.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method (UPI/bank transfer). We will confirm the refund via WhatsApp.
